Duration: 12 online sessions over 6 months

One session every 2-3 weeks. Dates agreed collectively with participants.

The Process:
Coaching is a structured, thought-provoking process that fosters personal and professional growth. In a group setting, we delve deep into uncovering limiting beliefs and blind spots, developing self-awareness and transforming old patterns - all while receiving support and learning from each other's perspectives. This is an experience where authentic leadership is cultivated, and the group serves as both a sounding board and a source of inspiration.

This will be the 7th cohort, and previous groups have found the journey transformational and deeply connecting. The small, intimate group size allows for close relationships to form, which often extend well beyond the sessions. This blend of personal growth and meaningful connection makes this opportunity so unique.

Topics:
Each session centres around topics brought by participants. These are issues and themes relevant to you as a leader, and we explore them together through group coaching. Often, a topic brought by one person sparks insights and breakthroughs for everyone. It's a collective growth process where individual challenges open doors for greater understanding in the entire group.
