Through embodied leadership tools, guided somatic practices, and transformational teachings, you will step into a journey of self-discovery and renewal. Rooted in the ancient Greek word "soma," meaning "body," somatics views the body as a lived, holistic experience - a dynamic system interconnected with the mind and spirit. Somatic practices are built on this foundation, inviting you to engage deeply with your body’s innate wisdom.
To somatize is to transform emotional, psychological, or stress-related experiences into physical sensations within the body.
By engaging in somatic movement, you will release old patterns, reduce stress, improve neuroplasticity, and foster greater mind-body integration. This creates space for growth, empowerment, and authentic leadership to emerge.

Ivana Bozicevic
As a PCC Leadership Coach, accredited by International Coaching Federation, I specialise in elevating the quality of leadership presence, interactions, and impact. My approach is deeply rooted in understanding the intricate challenges and complexities that today's leaders face.
With 15 years of experience in corporate leadership roles and more than a decade devoted to coaching and workshop facilitation, trust, curiosity and knowledge are the core of my work. Amongst many, I am trained in Power of Embodied Transformation, Somatic Stress Release, Love and Compassion: Working with Disturbing Emotions, and Art of Participatory Leadership.
Sarsha Hope
It is my greatest pleasure and honour to co-host this event with Sarsha Hope, my somatic movement teacher, who will arrive from New Zealand to provide this unique retreat.
Sarsha is an experienced embodiment teacher and, alongside numerous others, holds certificates in Somatic Trauma Therapy and Somatic Parts work. With a rich background in contemporary movement, somatic expression and embodied leadership, Sarsha brings over 25 years of expertise to supporting leaders and teams in cultivating resilience, emotional intelligence, and authentic connection. Her approach combines evidence-based somatic practices, mindfulness, and intentional movement to help participants tap into a renewed sense of purpose, creativity, and focus.
